Rules and Information on Temple (mandir) Committee, River Heights

River Heights Mandir committee (RHMC):

This page is under updation process.

INTODUCTION AND NEED OF RULES:-

We understand that the Management of the temple is a complex process which involves the active participation on regular basis. RHMC bylaws are being complied allowing establishment of appropriate subcommittees to ensure involvement and participation in smooth operation of the temple. The establishment of this committee is aimed at encouraging the involvement and participation of volenteers and devotees in the temple operation. These committees aims to allow efficiency and sustainability of the temple through a decentralized management of operational tasks.

RHMC may directly or indirectly seek the necessary support of RWA in any financial or legal matters. The RWA and RHMC together may create, establish, or dissolve appropriate subcommittees to designate specific administrative functions and powers. This section describes the organizational structure, functions, responsibilities, procedures, relationships, and the decision making process of various subcommittees.

These subcommittees are typically self-directed within their defined scope of responsibilities, except for the issues and roles which are direct responsibility of RHMC. These bifurcated subcommittees are given predefined authority and responsibilities to carry out their designated tasks and roles. All subcommittees are accountable to the RHMC for their conduct, roles, scope of action, and duties assigned. RHMC have the authority to add, remove, or override any committee decisions in view of public interest, and or related to financial matters.
